We know we’re sending the best of the best to represent Savannah and the Savannah Adult Baseball League (SABL). We’re proud of both teams and can’t wait to see what they accomplish!![]()

The Braves took 2 out of 3 games from the Knights to capture the 35+ Championship!![]()

The scoring got started in the 2nd inning when Daniel Jackson launched a solo home run. The Braves then added another run with some smart baserunning to take an early lead.![]()

In the 3rd inning, the Braves added four more runs after three walks, a fielder’s choice, another walk, and two singles to extend their lead.![]()
![]()
The Knights finally got on the board in the top of the 5th, putting together several singles and a sacrifice fly. Brad Spencer then doubled to left field, driving in two more runs and cutting the deficit to 6-3.![]()

But the Braves answered right back in the bottom of the 5th. Four singles and a hit-by-pitch brought three more runs across the plate, pushing the Braves' lead to 9-3.![]()

🎉 Congratulations to the Braves on another championship! This marks their 4th consecutive 30+/35+ Championship, an incredible run of success!![]()

🔥 35+ CHAMPIONSHIP SERIES — GAME 2 🔥![]()

The Braves came out swinging, but the Knights weren't going away quietly!![]()

Game 2 of the 35+ Championship Series is officially in the books, and the Braves came out hot from the very beginning.![]()

The Braves put 4 runs on the board in the 1st inning, then exploded for another 9 runs in the 2nd, jumping out to a commanding 13-0 lead.![]()
![]()
After the second inning, however, the Knights settled in and managed to keep the Braves' bats quiet for the remainder of the game. Unfortunately for the Knights, the early deficit proved to be too much to overcome.![]()

⚔️ THE KNIGHTS FIGHT BACK![]()

The Knights finally got things going in the 4th inning, putting together a 4-run rally and cutting into the Braves' lead.![]()

The rally came to an end when a Knight was caught stealing. In fact, the Knights were either caught stealing or picked off four different times during the game — a testament to just how dangerous Tyler Moody is behind the plate for the Braves.![]()

🔥 PITCHING![]()

Nate Hatcher got the start on the mound for the Braves and was dominant early, surrendering only a few hits and carrying a 1-hitter into the Knights' 4th inning.![]()

Ricky Myrick came in to close things out, pitching the final two innings for the Braves.![]()
![]()
For the Knights, Brandan Price got the start and had a rough night, giving up all 13 Braves runs over the first two innings.![]()

But after that, the Knights' pitching staff shut the door.![]()

Tommy Freeman (1.1 IP), Jay Clark (1 IP), and Patrick Eastlake (3 IP) combined to keep the Braves scoreless for the remainder of the game.![]()
