With one week to go for playoffs the Knights locked up first place by taking down the second place Little Luckys. ![]()

1st and 6th-8th positions are set. 2nd-5th can still change a little bit based on different game outcomes.
There was a lot of baseball this weekend and we are all caught up. With two weeks left in the season some standings are already sealed up, but there are still a few battles taking place.
Seven baseball games on tap this weekend starting tonight. Playoff positions are starting to work themselves out. ![]()

A few of the important games for this weekend: ![]()
-Steamers at Thrashers. Steamers are looking to stay in the top half of the playiff bracket. With a win against the Thrashers that will all but solidify their spot, if not that now gives the Thrashers that spot. ![]()
-Outlaws at Kingfish. It is a battle of the beatens. After this week there will be only one team with no win. Both teams have shown flashes all season long, just not able to get the job finished. ![]()
-Angels at Thrashers. Depending on what the Thrashers do on Friday night will make this an even more important game on Sunday.

-Spartans lost two Little Lucky's. The Spartans got on board in the first inning bringing in two runs, but that would be all that they could muster as Little Lucky's scored 10 unanswered runs through the next 5 innings. Little Lucky's now holds sole possession of the two spot.![]()

-Steamers defeated the Angels 8-3. The Steamers scored 3 in the 1st and 5 in the 3rd to go up 8-0. The Angels did not answer back until the 5th inning where they pushed 3 across the plate, but that was not enough as time limit ended the game.![]()

-Kingfish and Thrashers put on the best game of the season and gave us the first tie of the season. The Kingfish were up 2-0 when the 3rd inning rolled around where the Thrashers scored 4 runs making the score 4-2. In the next half inning the Kingfish answered with 2 runs tying it up again. Thrashers put up 3 in the 5th inning making the score 4-7. In the last inning the Kingfish started off with a walk, then a single. After some movement around the bases Bill Danboise lined out to push a run across. After a pop out, Kenny Rosario singled to bring in the 6th run. Then another walk and a double by Humberto Cedeno the Kingfish brought the score 7-7. The Thrashers were then able to induce a groundout leaving the score tied. In the bottom of the inning the Thrashers struck out twice and grounded out to end the game as time limit was reached.
